Non-Conveyable Detection (NCD)

Oosterhout, November 2024 – EAE Solutions has launched Non-Conveyable Detection (NCD), a functionality designed to ensure parcel flow by identifying and handling parcels that fall outside the specifications of automated sortation systems.

Fully configurable on the IAS camera, NCD accurately detects over-length, over-width, over-height, and irregularly shaped items before they enter the main sorting process. This proactive detection prevents disruptions and supports consistent operational performance.
