In Goodyear, Arizona near the Phoenix–Goodyear Airport, Quetico Logistics is building a more than 65.000 square meter warehouse in order to distribute consumer products (mainly apparel and soft goods) to big-box retailers and brand name manufacturers like Levi’s in North America and abroad.

As system integrator McCombs-Wall, Inc. Engineering will install a vertical crossbelt sorter with a top-loader infeed. A total of 130 double chutes, totaling 260 destinations, will be controlled by the EAE Flow.Control system which will sort ± 4000 items/hour. The system will be equipped with 6 operator stations that induct items using voice command to handle end-customers return goods.
